Remington 12 gauge, sounds

Postby hika » Sun Aug 06, 2006 1:01 am

I have noticed some details about Remington 12 gauge :
When swapping weapon from pistol to Remington 12 gauge for example, a double noise (a "click clack") can be heared, (the player press the triggers with the inch).
It happened when the shotgun is loaded.

However, we hear the same noise, even if the shotgun is unloaded, and the player did not press the triggers.

Can these noises be removed (in the futur) when swapping weapon to an unloaded remington 12 gauge ?
That way, unnecessary noise can be avoid, for nearest ennemies :)

It is just a detail, but I'm sure some Remington 12 gauge fans will appreciate ;)

I don't know if this feature (sound bug fix ?) will interest some players, but now I have a fix for that.
Strange that I have opened this thread ... and now I answer to myself :p
Let me know if this fix is worth to be in the futur 2.2 release.

If it doesn't cause any new bugs, then I'm sure it's worth including. :)

I agree with Red. If it works fine, it'`s worth to be included in the next release.
