Click HERE for important info if you want to install WQ3.
Although work continues, I have no important news this time around. The WQ3 gang just wanted to wish everyone a very Happy New Year! :D

Untill our Stand-alone comes out, try using ioquake3
The only thing you'll need from your q3 disk is pak0.pk3
Then install wq3 & you should be in business. Good to hear from you! :)

Depending of your operating system, you can grab one of the two point release in the bottom of the following page : http://www.idsoftware.com/games/quake/quake3-arena/index.php?game_section=updates

Or there, if you are really really lazy ;)
Windows version
Linux version

After the installation, you just have to put the pak0.pk3 from your Q3 disc to the baseq3 folder.

Another solution if you can't wait the SA release: you can try ioquake3, since they have a pak0.pk3 data file, along with their engine, if I remember well.

Hope this helps.

What-up AL? Terminator is constantly playing RTCW. I play once in awhile but I still prefer ET. Of course, neither game has Molotov's or shotguns.
