I know I've always wanted to, but can't stand the snow footstep sounds we have. It's enough to make me keep putting it off.

Damn, and I keep forgetting to try to make new ones. We had perfect weather for it too. it snowed 3 inches and then dropped to -10F. It was the most perfect snow **crunch** sound.

I would like to make a winter scene with just a lonely cabin (like lake) much like the scene found at the beginning of Seraphim Falls

Stupid screenplay not included, I hope, Pard. ;)

Yeah, we really need more variety in our maps and snow would be great. Leon and I discussed the possibility of doing a snow map inspired by The Great Silence, but the one snow region I'd love to recreate from a western would be Four of the Apocalypse's mining town at the end. That was a really interesting layout to me, even though it's not used at all for gunfighting (the film's more a drama).

Definitely, we should look into this. :)

This turned into an audio related discussion so I split the thread. You can see the moved content in the Audio section of the forum.
