Creating ASE Models from brushwork in Radiant

Postby Breli » Sat Jan 31, 2009 7:47 pm

Hi,

i just posted the old tutorial from Red in the tutorial section. Has anyone actually tried and succeeded in creating models with the new version of q3map2? I am having problems here and I don't know whether it is me or our new compiler ...

q3map2 can't find the shaders also I am using the very same batch script as before ... :?: ... and then the model is all borked and contains the whole "box" and not just the brushwork ...

Harmonica: No. You brought two too many.

BTW: I scripted Radiant a little further. There is now a "make a model in one click" directly from Radiant switch so to say :). Just make your model, click "makemodel" in Radiant and your're done.

... tutorial will come soon!

Awesome!!! Thats cool,so you figured out how change the Radiant compile scripts (I might have missed the posts)

btw, is your zero radiant tutorial done? I could move out to the tutorial forums if you want.

Yeah, it is actually quite easy. I just finished the tutorial. It'll be up in a minute or so :)

Concerning the Zero Radiant Tutorial: just wait a second please. I'll post something about that in our forum ... just need to check things!
