Zero Radiant: A first and second look

Postby Breli » Mon Feb 16, 2009 11:06 pm

Hi,

I added a brief tutorial about the setup of Zero Radiant (aka GTKRadiant 1.6.1) in the tutorial section and figured it might make sense to open an additional thread in order to share some experiences with that version:

I haven't done much mapping so far but I didn't have a single crash. It seems to be at least as stable (or unstable that is) as the other versions I used. Knock on wood!

There is only one annoying bug I discovered so far: filtering of translucent brushes doesn't work. However, thats the only little nuisance I found so far ...

Anybody else who tried this version so far? Any good\bad news?

Cheers

Harmonica: Did you bring a horse?
Gunmen: Looks like we are short on one horse!
Harmonica: No. You brought two too many.
