I wish we did! Maybe a code will see this and make a trigger_dynamite. It would be cool if we could set the fuse length too. It would really make for a cool effect.... we could make in coming artillery shells.

Did you use any of my ideas for a train station map? With trains that barrel through with only a whistle warning and mow down unsuspecting cowboys?

Howdy vaqueros!, here's some proyect i left pending which i posted some SS before.. 8)

Fort: El Triunfo:

Fort El Triunfo - dm_eltriunfo.jpg
(Click the image to download DM_ElTriunfo.rar !)
AAS supported
i improvised some cannon action, but seems theres nothin else than shooter_granade for a similar behaviour, so ill probably delete that laters..

Had a little fps dropage when 8+ players, (btw i still don't get to manage hint brushes and portal stuff..lol..), anyway ill be uploading some more beta maps soon.. :)

About the train station..no, got no ideas from anywhere...actually i dont explore a lot the forums...i just post my noobish maps.. and everything in this map its static except for the doors...lol

Leave comments! :D

Any new finished maps would be great. I feel like I'm almost too familiar with our current options...

unpack the "screenshots" and "maps" folder from the rar-file into your baseq3

@ Macho: in my opinion it would be better, if you'd pack the map into a pk3-file and distribute it like that

pk3-file would be my preferred option - I still can't get it to work no matter where I unzip the files to. I can see the map in the list in the game but it refuses to load sayin it can't find dm_eltriunfo.bsp

If the bsp file is not inside a pk3 you will need to run SG with sv_pure set to 0

/sv_pure 0
/map dm_eltriunfo

MachoBastard: it is very easy to pack your map files into a pk3. Tutorial here, but simple create a new Zip file, place your maps, textures, and scripts directories into the Zip file, then rename the Zip file to a pk3. This will prevent people having trouble installing your map and well as people accidently missing files.

Definately a nice looking map. With just a little more thought, this level could have been designed to yield great frame rates. Looks like it would make a good BR map. Nice! 8)
