Levelshots have the wrong resolution and there are quite a bunch unneccessary files in maps/.
There is no readme file. There is no bot support.
It's "Mexican", not Maxican. I'd write "DM & BR Gametype" to make it more clear.

Doors and buildings in general are huge. Outside wall could need some more detail.
Everything's axis-aligned. Why not rotate some buildings, boxes etc.?
Fireplace in buildings don't do any damage.
Middle building doesn't have a door to enter/exit. At least place a unusable fake-door to make things look "realistic" ;)
Church needs an altar and maybe a bell as well.
The indestructible class is a bit annoying.

It looks like everything is textured even on sides you never get to see. Use more caulk.

when I downloaded the file and played the map everything was gray. I do not know this was only an outline of the map but I played anyway

The map looks like it will be great when its texture is complete. The size and square shape is efficient for these types of matches.
In my opinion it would be nice to place carts on the side of houses.
Some trees also improve the details of the map;
another thing are the windows;
I think it would be nice to put some windows in the attic of the house.

Please provide a working .aas file (bot support). Also I would have liked to get an overview of this map using devmap and noclip, but all buildings are disappearing after a certain height. The smoking chimney was eating some FPS when I got near it.

While testing your map on this server, Donut/Muffin discovered one case of Z-fighting:

and one case of missing texture:
