Don't think so, there are a lot of commands. To get started you can google "quake 3 console" or something like that, as SG is based on the Quake 3 engine. It started as a Q3 mod, and was called "Western Quake III" originally, in case you didn't know.
And then you can read the SG Manual
. It is not completely up to date anymore, but it lists most of the cvars that are specific to SG.
