Hello,

Where can i find demos directory on mac os? I tried to search it but it wasn't successfully :-p

Hi, did you search in ~/Library/Application Support/SmokinGuns/smokinguns/demo/ ?

Generally: \record a demo and search for its name. It is announced when you start a recording.
