With cordite in the air, splintered steel, shell casings and powder burns, there’s only one explanation...
If you have any trouble with SG, this is the place to ask.

To increase FPS, you could follow Sunrise's suggestions, see section "II. Increase your fps".

Apologies for a too late bump but, I think this explains my problem VERY much: viewtopic.php?f=22&t=1413
on low-medium-high-very high settings it's all the same

AFAIK this bug has been already fixed by Tequila. Can you record a \demo on dm_train showing the framedrop? Provide the demo file and a timestamp. If you replay the demo, does the lag occur at the same point of time?

There are two SG folders. You need to look into the user folder.

*facepalm*, please remove the message I posted to the user folder location
http://www.freeuploadsite.com/do.php?id=44448
it shows the lag in train which is similar to the one overlooking Alamo's market from the fort wall

Sadly, none. I've watched demo0001 (you repeatedly jumping from wagon to wagon). Visually, nothing of significance is happening (\toggle r_shownormals). I assume, the lag for you is happening between jumping and landing. For me, the frame rate kept stable (no significant changes).

What operating system are you using? Do you have a dedicated 3d driver installed? Do you run other IOQuake3 based, such as, for instance, Open Arena? The executable you are using: is it from the SG1.1 package?

I don't run any other IOQuake game and I have Windows XP 32bit
and there was slight lag at the end of the video and I showed I think 108 ping when I've pressed TAB

I watched all video. You seem to refer to fps.dm_68. Again, the framedrop is not reproducable via the demo. Nothing graphically unsual happens. Did you try to replay the demo (\demo fps)? If it is a graphical bug, it should be reproducable.
