Where to get access to the WQ3 source?

Postby eepberries » Mon Aug 01, 2005 9:17 pm

I'd like to download the source code for WQ3 but can't find a link to it on the main page. Does anyone have it up for download? I'd like to see how a couple of things were done using the q3 game source

I think we will host the file at some point, but you can find it right now at this site.

Cool.

Wait. WHY IN THE NAME OF GOD ARE THE MODELS INCLUDED WITH THE SOURCE DDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD:

I was wondering why that took so long to download. I mean is 435mb really necesary when all you want is the source code D;? The least that could be done is split this into two files, one being the source code and the other being the "model source." (though I really don't get the point of that anyway)

A bit late for a reply, but anyways : the file is simply what Spoon released as source. I simply put it up for download "as is". I was surprised as well about the amount of stuff that was included.
