can somebody help me how to do it?

I'm not exactly sure what you are asking. About causing damage?

This screenshot is of the camp fire in the test map. If you create a new trigger brush, right click it & select "trigger_hurt" from the menu, then bring up the entity window, you should be able to play with the settings to get what you are after.

I had a chat with dago about his trap, and I reckoned it would be a neat idea if it caused a player to get stuck in that spot for a few seconds as they pulled their mangled foot out of the trap. :wink:

Would that be a possible trigger?

its not usable to make a trigger_stun brush with radiant at the moment.
but its on work :-)
