Sorry folks for the delay. good news though: the lighting is fixed (I hope), L3th4l has my map and is helping me improve the FPS, and the next version will include a BR mode! Im not sure if the BR mode will have the snowing effect; we have to see how the FPS improve.

(the link is in the first post)

Fixs
Lighting: i increased the over all lighting of the map as well as in the buildings.
FPS: Thank-you L3th4l for the help. I did get a minor FPS increase.
BR mode: its just the snow-night version: no snow effects. Adding the snow effects really killed frame rate.
Bots: bots can now get out of the church

Nice to see progress Pardner. 8) The lighting is bright enough on my system everywhere except this tunnel. It's very dark for me there.

Z-fighting along every intersection of this beam in the church .

And these trees.

Wouldn't this be nicer? Simple file implant. The hard work is already done for you. ;)

I got a bunch of trees from ReD. I was planning on fixing them, but they didnt directly affect gameplay. I will deffiniatly work on them for the next release.

@ReD. Im pretty happy if that tunnel is your only complaint about lighting. It does look a little darker than it should.

After playing with 4 people on the test server today, this level is a bit larger than I first thought. Gameplay for dm is quite fun but we didn't get around to other game modes. Really need more players for that. Hopefully we can have more peeps next weekend. The general consensus today was that most problems are purely cosmetic. 8)

Got some 'flashing' on a door and a window.

Shouldn't there be some kind of indicator on the grave that can be blown open? Maybe it could look like it's just been dug up and then covered again or somthing.

I see the zfighting on the door, but I don?t see anything in your window screen

I was thinking about this. blowing the grave open is not critical to get inside, and it is obvious this first time you see it without the cover. I might come up with something...maybe have the cover indent rather than bump up.

(btw, sorry for the late response; this semester is killing me time and school work wise!)

I get z-fighting in the middle of the window, where the two pieces of wood meet.

I second torhu's proposal about the indicator: maybe a shovel ? Or a wreath ? and a crack like it is with walls etc. ? (I always came from underneath and I was wondering ... "hmmm ... and there is nothing above ?" Even after double checking on the graveyard. Now I learned ;-) )

On the other hand, it is fun to discover secret passages which aren't obvious.
That's a tradition going back to the original Wolfenstein.

Since you've asekd for more feedback, I've used your map for testing now ;-) ...
- bots get stuck on the balcony in the church (you mentioned RTP in the first post, but this is probably independent of game mode - I play DM) and behind the bar in the saloon.
- Since you can't get behind the church, its roof is very good for camping
