this is actualy a very interesting question. i think i will remove it from my computer. i can still get it again cause of my CD. and... why should i keep it? Quake 3 is a realy bad game. it was a fun shooter in the old good times! but now its the worse. there are no more cool modifications nad other stuff to keep it. anyway it takes me like 1,5 GB to keep it on my computer.

Call me old skool, but I still play (almost) vanilla Q3 for relaxation. I have a bunch of custom models like a Dalek, and an attorney model who runs around screaming, "I withdraw the question" if you shoot at him.
I don't have Quake3 but OpenArena. And I will remove it when I'll can play to SG with the stand-alone, coz I hate these monster-based/sci-fi games. The good atmosphere is the SG's one, in my opinion.
I like Quake but I suck at it so I don't play it online. On Lans it rocks but my brother doesn't like it and on the small Lan I go to none of my friends is into Quake so I can almost never play it. No use keeping it for me once SG is out.
I might still install and play the free browser-version Quake 3 id is working on at the moment because of it being free and advertised again there should be a bit of an influx of other newbies who I can play against.
