Bots don't work

We have followed up all hints relating to this, but they won't work. Neither Linux nor Windows. I know they used to work some time ago, so I suppose this may be related to the latest Q3A updates..?!

did you download the wq3b12aas in the "mod files" section? this file is necessary to play with bots...

As I said, I did all that can be followed up relating to the issue in this forum + I have had this running on previous occasions. maybe I 'll downgrade my Quake to an earlier version in order to check what happens...

well, with version 1.31, everything should work fine... but try, if it doesn't work, don't worry and wait for beta 2, the bots in beta 2 are far better than those in beta 1.2...
