I don't know if this is the first time I have run into this or if I just forgot how to fix it. I have a manually blended terrain and a mine-car bridge intersecting the terrain brushes. The bridge and the terrain are a part of separate func_group and both groups are detail brushes (also tried detail/structural combinations) The intersection causes errors in the texture blending.

I can fix the problem simply by making the bridge a func_static and the ground a func_group:
I would rather not create any more entities than I actually need. Is there a better way to fix this problem? (BTW close to getting some good looking screenshots)
