Greetings! First off, thanks to the developers for creating an engaging, relaxed and friendly game. I used to play Combat Arms, but I got sick of all the bull back and forth and the constant hacking. Nice to see none of that here.
Just have a couple of questions. I'm having a hard time finding people to play with. Is it just a growing community? I play at night so that might be it too.
Also, can bots ever be kicked?

Hello 
We're all noobs in some kind of the meaning of this "newbie" word
Feel free to join IRC, TS channels to find whom to fight.
And feel free to use any game browser (like monster browser for Windows platform) to find most crowdy server.
No, bots can't be kicked from online server. There is bot limit set up by server admin.
The scheme is the following:
The server has determined number of bots as minimum (server admins can change that value).
When someone connects to server -> one of the bots is kicked.
So, the only way is to get server crowdy.
Another is to meet server admin and ask him to reduce bots number. But actually no point in doing this. Bots are present there just to entertain you while you are waiting for players.
The "night time" could be different for us What is your Time Zone? (like mine is -3 GMT)
Community is growing. And if you can bring some more people to western that will be cool. And any coders/designers are welcome too.

Server activity is up & down. The game was dying a few years ago &, although not wildy popular by any stretch, the fanbase is slowly on the rise again. Try using MonsterBrowser to see who's on & join easily.
