[Feature Request] Fraglimit auto adjustment

We played some nice TDM rounds today with ~12 players. The fraglimit was 20 (Deviant Pointer). The rounds ended VERY quickly (2-3 minutes max).

Maybe we can adjust the fraglimit somehow sensibly if there are that many players on the servers. At least we should decouple the fraglimit from normal DM and RTP.

maybe we can have something like the following:

1-4 players: DM fraglimit
4-8 players: DM fraglimit + 5
8 or more: DM fraglimit + 15

maybe with a bunch of cvars to enable\disable that feature.

I would keep RTP the same.

Any opinions on this?

It will be possible with the next release, remember the new event I have coded ;)

With the good server.cfg, you can do it.
