Make sure you didnt rename the extension on any of the included pk3s:
alamo1.pk3
joekarimat1.pk3
sg_maps0.pk3
sg_pak0.pk3
sg_sounds.pk3
sg_textures0.pk3

My guess is that you deleted or renamed the extension of "joekarimat1.pk3"

yep, all my textures and shaders are in joekarimat1.pk3

I've heard of rare situations where the pk3 got damaged, but still worked with pure servers. Try reinstalling Smokin' Guns, or at least re-extract the pk3s from the installation-zip.

when you load the map, what kind of errors do you get? Can you join a pure server?
