Weird texture glitch

Newtown map looks weird all the time. Tried both windows installer and the OS independent files.

Looks fine in ubuntu, installed from repository.
My Windows is windows 7 64 bit.
PROBLEM SOLVED: Changed light to Vertex and all looks fine. I hope this thread will help others with same problem.

Similar problem but Changed light to Vertex didn't work for me
..I have a linux x86_64, Smokinguns installed for linux Mint 13 from this repositories: deb http://archive.getdeb.net/ubuntu precise-getdeb games
