Hi all.

I bought a gaming sound card a week ago. Before buying I changed the AMD Radeon 5450 graphics card for AMD Radeon 4540 graphics card that I got a sound card fit into the motherboard. After the exchange, turned on the computer again, and I removed the old graphics drivers and installed the new drivers for the current graphics cards. When I try to play the SG, the game shuts down when I try to buy a gun, and the screen goes black.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Motherboard is Asrock H55M-LE
OS Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit SP1
ATI Radeon HD 4300/4500 Series
ASUS Xonar DG Audio Device

Did you also change/update your video graphics adapter? In Windows device manager, you could select your graphics card an update the driver.

You could try to reset your graphics settings - either via menu or by finding an renaming q3config.cfg in your %appdata% directory. %appdata% is a shortcut you could enter in Windows Explorer.

I reseted all the game preferences now the game works without problems.
