Hi, found a stupid bug in the game related to bots.

When you're starting a dedicated server with 1.1 engine (but I think it's the same with 1.0), setting bot_minplayers higher than 8 will always give you only 8 bots in the game or by team...

Okay I'm stupid, who wants so many bots ? ... And you always can add bots with the "addbot" command. But it's important to know that limitation is due to the number of defined bots... Only 8 bots has been defined:
1. Clint
2. Sentenza
3. Unknown
4. ManWithNoname
5. Tuco
6. TheMexican
7. Jane
8. Oakley
And the engine won't try to start 2 bots with the same name in a same team...

So 'cause I'm next to have finished my massive player support patch, I would like to know if we can add some new bot names for the next update... Maybe we can just ask anyone to propose few names !

Good idea, but we can keep Claudia to honor that great actress as there's a "Clint" bot. Btw I don't remember which ones leaved our world recently but I think we could add they surname in the list... if anyone have a better memory than me can he propose a list ?

Hey that also reminded me we (french people) have a beautiful actress who was in a spaghetti western with Claudia Cardinal, her name "Brigitte Bardot", see Les Pétroleuses
That was not a great one but Brigitte and Claudia was opposed. So I propose to add "Louise" (Brigitte Bardot) and "Maria" (Claudia Cardinal) to the female bot list.

Hi, I've been playing this since it was just a mod for Q3, and it's nice to see that your working on the bots, so that we don't have to be independent of other players playing.

Are you just adding names to the bots, or are you also changing their behaviour? 'cause I've noticed that all the bots currently use the same files for references. Like, all bots use the file male1_c.c to determine their behaviour.
Are you just adding more names or are you actually adding more bots, with different behaviours?
I hope you understand what I mean

I've been working on giving the bots different personalities, so that they behave slightly different from each other and prefer different weapons, but if you're changing this for the next update/patch I'll just leave them be.
