Yep, I'm the admin of this server. Voting and bots don't go well along - or more precisely team modes and bots.
However, when I was present during the Sunday night meetings I could kick the bots manually.
But if you show up all at the same time and don't need bots to kill time while waiting, then 80.190.243.49:27960 makes sense
