Hi,
Apparently, SitW DM is stuck in an infinite train loop ... I mean, its a GREAT map ... but a little bit more variety ...

Did you mean that the map restart is always set to the train ?
It happened when someone have done an "\rcon map wq_train" for example.
Then it seems that the "nextmap" cvar is empty so the server is always stucked to the latest map.
Instead, a callvote change map will exec a "vstr dm[0-9]+" which set the "nextmap" cvar.
Or ... maybe I totally misunderstand you ...
EDIT: it happened that I can lose some words when inputing a message

No, no. You got me right. AFAIK only sig11 has rcon on his servers and voting is not allowed there ... I already shot him a PM ...

Hmmm, strange. Yes, "nextmap" was set to "map_restart". I don't know how this happened. Neither rcon nor voting is enabled. Maybe I did it and can't remember ? 
maybe I was confusing servers when I tested something sometime ? Ah well, I fixed it this morning as you may have noticed.
hmmm really ? I didn't get one. Oh, I just saw ... my inbox is 320% full ... the metrics or quota must have changed .... time to clean up ...

Yes, I changed the quota for the inbox, outbox, save and sent... Trying to relieve DB problems..
