Apart from the fact, that some servers are listed, which seem to be not available: are there any active game servers missing on the multiplayer server list? What about Rct. Tsoul’s Smokin’Guns (rcttsoul2[at]gmail[dot]com) or gamers4Jesus.org as listed by *LAME*? Are they missing in action?
Please write, if you have any information. I would then write an e-mail to the server admins suggesting to add/replace the following variables of the server's .cfg file:
