Emm Can Someone Say What Those Means The ''Server Uses Protocol Version 68'' ? Also What Means ''Please Start TA Dirrectly'' ? I Cant Join Every Server ! Beacause This Shits Apears On Rawhide And Other Servers ! Shall I Download The Monster Browser ?

Ok, I think I would just reinstall wq3. You either have a bad file or you're missing something....or your installation is incorrect.

Hmm, that lets me think that your Quake 3 is "running to restricted demo" (e.g demota).
This is the consequence of not having pak0.pk3 in your baseq3 folder.
Please, can you check it ?
You need your Quake 3 CD, where you can find that file.

Well, you might provide us your qconsole.log after running the game with "+set logfile 2" additional parameter.
Maybe, we will find more clues about your problems.
