Lag/Ping/CPU Problem

Hey guys. I've been playing SG for a couple weeks now, but just recently its been lagging horribly, even to US servers. My connection speed is 7.2 MBPS. I thought it might be because of a high ping, but it seems to lag just as bad offline. I took a look at my CPU usage and it was 59%. http://i627.photobucket.com/albums/tt35 ... 1239571201 Is there any fix for this, or am I screwed? Thanks in advance. Cheers

Does your pc have an addon video card or is it integrated? The thing that confuses me the most is that you say it ran fine untill recently? Does rebooting help? Have you updated any drivers about the time this started happening?

It's integrated. Maybe the CPU ran that hard before and I just now noticed? And I haven't updated drivers since I bought the computer.
