I suppose /dev/random intended to say /cg_drawCrosshair 1.

If you \cg_draw2D 0, \cg_drawCrosshair 1 will not bring the crosshair back, since it is part of the 2D. AFAIK, in Smokin' Guns, there is no known way to disable the HUD but to display a crosshair (other than to take a pen and mark it on your screen )

Congrats! I didn't know of that \cg_drawStatus hides the hud but not the crosshair
